Wrai Induction and staff capacity training workshop on key organisations policies
WRAI recently conducted a staff induction and capacity building training session, during which our team members were introduced to essential organizational policies, including the Sexual Exploitation and Abuse Policy, Child Protection and Safeguarding protocols, and the Code of Conduct. Additionally, participants were briefed on the ongoing and upcoming Deriswanaag project, gaining valuable insights into its objectives and implementation strategies.
